Major Project Begins On Tulsa’s Downtown Highway Loop, Another Wraps Up

TULSA, Oklahoma - A major construction project is causing big traffic backups on the highway loop around Downtown Tulsa.

Half of the east leg of the Inner Dispersal Loop is closed, and at the same time, work is being done on the north leg.

The Oklahoma Department of Transportation said it never intended for these two projects to happen at the same time, and they will not be running together for long.
