Aggressive driving peaks when Halloween parties hit the road, new data shows

As Halloween festivities approach, Allstate has identified the 10 riskiest roads in the United States, warning drivers to stay alert as the holiday coincides with some of the most hazardous driving hours of the week.

According to new data from Allstate’s Drivewise® program, aggressive driving behavior - including speeding and hard braking - peaks on weekends between 11am and 5 pm. With Halloween falling on a Friday this year, experts caution that overlapping celebrations and heavy traffic could make certain highways especially dangerous.
