I-44/Will Rogers Turnpike narrows near SH-20 Claremore; County Rd. 4150 bridge above the turnpike closed after early morning bridge strike

Eastbound I-44/Will Rogers Turnpike is narrowed to one lane near SH-20 at Claremore at mm 252 for cleanup of a dump truck with a raised bed that struck the County Rd. 4150 overpass bridge this morning. Crews are on scene for bridge inspection and have closed County Rd. 4150 above the turnpike as a precaution until the extent of the damage is determined and any necessary repairs are made.
