TULSA, Okla. - Tulsa-area drivers are being asked a simple question: Where is traffic giving you the biggest headache?

Over the past six months, the Indian Nations Council of Governments, or INCOG, has been studying how people and goods move throughout the Tulsa metropolitan area.
