ODOT crews to expand eastbound I-40 in eastern Oklahoma County

HARRAH, Okla. (KOKH) — Drivers in eastern Oklahoma County are being asked to prepare for a 'significant construction project.

Oklahoma Department of Transportation Director Tim Gatz says the agency is preparing for a large project at eastbound I-40 and Harrah/Newalla Rd.

The project, which will cross Oklahoma and Pottawatomie counties, aims to increase the capacity of eastbound I-40.
