Where does Oklahoma City rank among the best and worst traffic congestions in the country?

According to a study released by ConsumerAffairs, OKC is among the cities with the least traffic congestion among 50 metro areas ranked.

ConsumerAffairs analyzed the 50 most populous U.S. metropolitan areas by average driving time to work, hours of congestion and fatal car crashes per 100,000 people.
