Tulsa, OKLA. (KTUL) — A major road project in south Tulsa is entering phase two.

The city has been working on Yale Avenue between 81st and 91st for four months, and starting today, drivers will have to take Harvard or Sheridan as Yale completely shuts down to through traffic.
