Start of construction project to major road in Yukon pushed back to end of July

YUKON, Okla. — The start of an almost year-long improvements project to a major road in Yukon has been pushed

Garth Brooks Boulevard is set to undergo a 315-day overlay project near Interstate 40. Construction was set to begin on Monday, but city officials announced that the project has been pushed back to July 28.

Stretches of Garth Brooks Boulevard between Andrew Drive and Health Center Parkway will be impacted. The project will resurface the roads, add new turn lanes and include updated traffic signals and new sidewalks. View the full article: KOCO.com
