Ellsworth Construction OKC, LLC, dba A-Tech Paving, has entered a contract with the City of Ponca City to reconstruct Third Street from Walnut Avenue to Oklahoma Avenue. Work will include construction of new storm sewer improvements, installation of a new 6-inch water line and reconstruction of the street pavement. The road will be closed to traffic beginning Wednesday, June 29th.
