Army Corps of Engineers taking feedback on proposed expansion of Keystone Dam

The Keystone Dam that serves multiple purposes could be expanding.

Karen McNatt, a Mannford resident, who was affected by the 2019 flood explained what she and her family has to do if they have floods in the area. That may change for her and the community.

"Usually if we flood, we have to shut down the electric out here, campers have to move out, all these low lighting areas," McNatt said. "It affects us quite a bit."
