OKLAHOMA CITY - The closure of a bridge in sodduthwest Oklahoma City was announced Tuesday afternoon by Oklahoma City officials.

The bridge located on Southwest 44th Street, east of Cemetery Road was closed due to safety concerns found during a recent inspection, officials say.

According to the city officials it's estimated that it will take a minimum of 60 to 90 days to repair the issue.

Once contractors know more there will be a more detailed timeline.
