Construction project leads to traffic pattern change in Norman

NORMAN, Okla. (KOKH) — Drivers in Norman need to be aware of a traffic pattern change as a major construction project continues this week.

Beginning on Monday, crews will shift two-way traffic on Jenkins Avenue eastward to newly constructed northbound lanes, between Lindsey Street and Reaves Park Rd.

Officials say construction crews have completed Phase 2 of the Jenkins Avenue Widening Project, and they are now moving onto Phase 3.
