Downtown sidewalk project completed, ensuring ADA accessibility

The downtown sidewalk project in Guthrie has been completed, enhancing accessibility and charm in the heart of the city.

This initiative was funded in part by the Transportation Alternatives grant program through the Oklahoma Department of Transportation, with the City of Guthrie contributing 20% of the cost-share.

Ellsworth Construction, based in Tulsa, was awarded the contract for $1,068,600.

The project involved a complete removal and replacement of the sidewalks From Cleveland Ave. to just south of Harrison Ave., creating and ensuring ADA accessibility for all. View the full article: GuthrieNewsPage.com
