Edmond residents raise concerns over lack of roadwork at I-35 and Waterloo, ODOT responds

EDMOND, Okla. (KOKH) — Some Edmond residents are raising concerns about the lack of roadwork near a busy interchange.

Residents around town tell Fox 25 that Interstate 35 and Waterloo Road gets very busy, especially during rush hour. It has them wondering when the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) will start working on this.

"Is it really go to happen, and if so, when," Bill Rodgers said. "If not, why not?"

Approaching 20 years of living near I-35 and Waterloo, Rodgers says he's tired of the traffic.
