Highway 75 back open after construction on IDL in Tulsa

TULSA, Okla. — Northbound U.S. Highway 75 is back open after months of construction on the Inner Dispersal Loop in Tulsa.

The Oklahoma Department of Transportation said lanes on the east leg of the IDL opened in time for Tuesday's evening commute.
