TULSA, Okla. - The Indian Nations Council of Governments (INCOG) has kicked off the Congestion Management Process Plan to look at traffic congestion and travel patterns in the Tulsa region.

“We’re just launching the update of the congestion management process plan, which is a federally required planning document that we have to produce, because Tulsa is a large urban area,” said Thomas Dow, Director of Transportation for INCOG.
