Lawton intersection gets traffic lights removed, stop signs put up in its place

LAWTON, Okla. (KSWO) - City of Lawton crews were on West Gore Boulevard earlier today, June 19, to remove some traffic lights after a city council vote last week.

Lawton City Council approved the removal of the traffic lights at West Gore and 4th Street during the June 11 council meeting. The lights will be replaced by stop signs for north and southbound traffic.
