Main Street in Altus to undergo resurfacing starting June 1

ODOT project expected to last three to four weeks with nighttime paving operations

ALTUS, Okla. (KSWO) — Main Street/U.S. Highway 283 in Altus is set to undergo resurfacing by the Oklahoma Department of Transportation starting June 1.

Work on the project will occur between D Street and East County Road 1580, also known as the “Martha Y” intersection.

The project is expected to last three to four weeks, with schedules, work zones and traffic control plans subject to change.
