Businesses now anticipate a boom in activity

OKLAHOMA CITY — The Paseo Arts District in Oklahoma City has completed the majority of its construction after a year of traffic disruptions – introducing new sidewalks, roads, and other amenities to the area.

"It's been a tough road, but I think it'll bring more people here and, finally, there won't be any more rerouting of cars and traffic," said Jennifer Woods, owner of JW Jewelry and Home.

The construction, which caused closed streets and traffic cones to litter the Paseo Arts District, is now complete. The $4 million project was made possible through a 2017 bond.
