Major Love County road set to be reconstructed

LOVE COUNTY, Okla. (KXII) - Over the next five years Oklahoma’s County Improvement of Roads and Bridges plan, also known as CIRB, will be taking effect, including in Love County.

“It’s a very good deal for the counties and it helps the counties, especially the less fortunate counties with projects,” county commissioner Stacy Rushing says.

That’s why this newly added $12.5 million project includes Congressionally Directed Spending funds.

Rushing is the first county commissioner to receive this fund.
