Marshall County projects making progress

KINGSTON, Okla. (KTEN) - Two highly anticipated projects in Marshall County — the Pointe Vista development and the Roosevelt Bridge replacement — are both making progress.

Marshall county voters had their say on the Pointe Vista tax increment finance plan in November after two out of three commissioners denied it.

This time it passed.

"Once the TIF was approved, Pointe Vista got to work the very next day," said Grant Speakes, Pointe Vista president.
