OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. (KOKH) — Sen. Steve Daines (R-Mont.) has introduced the Senate version of the DRIVE Act, a piece of legislation spearheaded in the House by Rep. Josh Brecheen (R-Okla.) earlier this year.

The measure, called the Deregulating Restrictions on Interstate Vehicles and Eighteen-Wheelers Act, seeks to stop a federal rule that would implement speed limiting devices on semitrucks and other large commercial vehicles.
