ODOT, OTA to hold Moore I-35 open house May 27

The Oklahoma Department of Transportation and the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority will host a community open house to discuss improvements in conjunction with the Toby Keith Expressway.

The meeting will focus on Interstate 35 frontage road and ramp improvement that will be performed in conjunction with the construction of the Toby Keith Expressway, a project a part of the ACCESS Oklahoma turnpike plan.

ODOT is leading the design effort to improve the I-35 frontage roads and ramps from SW 34th Street to SW 19th Street in Moore, according to a press release from the department. OTA is focused on the development of the Toby Keith Expressway itself and the associated I-35 improvements from Franklin Road in Norman to SW 34th Street in Moore.
