OKLAHOMA CITY — Oklahoma City leaders will discuss possible improvements across the metro, including to airports and pedestrian bridges.

Among the items on the agenda at the city council meeting on Tuesday are possible budget increases for transportation, including by plane and by foot. The city council will discuss the possible construction of a new air traffic control tower at Wiley Post Airport, which is something the U.S. Transportation Secretary saw a need for in his visit to Oklahoma City.

"What we have to do is move incredibly quick, Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy said. "Have a great plan, move quick, upgrade the system, because if we wait, it'll never happen."
