Oklahoma Highway Patrol launches ‘Click it or Ticket’ campaign

OKLAHOMA CITY, Ok. (KNWA/KFTA) — The Oklahoma Highway Patrol kicks off their ‘Click it or Ticket’ campaign ahead of the 100 deadliest days of driving.

In 2025, survey numbers show 85% of Oklahomans wear their seatbelt.

The penalty for not buckling up is only $20, so many see it as a personal choice, not a safety issue.
