In this On Time with Tymon video released May 18, 2020, Executive Director of the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials, Jim Tymon reacts to passage of the “Health and Economic Recovery Omnibus Emergency Solutions” or “HEROES” Act. The emergency funding is “desperately” needed says Tymon due to the steep fall in motor fuel tax revenues, toll road receipts, and other funding sources due to the nationwide response to COVID-19.
