BARTLESVILLE, Okla. — The City of Bartlesville is in the process of a major street project that may cause disruption for drivers.
Micah Siemers, director of engineering for the City of Bartlesville, says the project includes crack sealing streets and applying a Bonded Matrix Overlay (BMO).
He says the crack seal will help prevent water and debris from getting into the pavement. The BMO will help protect the streets.
Siemers goes on to say that this is a three step process and drivers may experience lane closure during the HA5 application. During the application, lanes will be closed from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. for two days in a row.
