Reno Avenue in Choctaw to undergo major construction, alternate routes advised

by DeAngelo Marquise Vaxter October 2, 2023 CHOCTAW, OK (KOKH) — Over in the City of Choctaw, road construction is set to begin on Reno Avenue on Tuesday, October 3. City officials said the road will be closed from Hiwasse to Henney for a complete tear-up and replacement project. The project is hoped to be completed within 30 to 45 days, depending on the weather. Travelers are asked to use a different route.
