Southwest Oklahoma regional planning partners receive national excellence transportation award

OKLAHOMA (KSWO) - The National Association of Development Organizations has awarded the South Western Oklahoma Development Authority (SWODA), along with its partners, the 2024 Excellence in Regional Transportation Award.

The award, given to SWODA as well as the Association of South Central Oklahoma Governments (ASCOG) and the Southwest Oklahoma Regional Transportation Planning Organization (SORTPO), is meant to highlight organizations who put together projects in rural transportation planning.
