TULSA, Okla. — Drivers in south Tulsa should prepare for lane closures and possible delays beginning Monday as a new street lighting project gets underway along South Mingo Avenue.
According to city officials, Public Service Company of Oklahoma (PSO) will begin installing street lighting between East 81st Street and East 91st Street on June 1.
Construction crews will first work on the west side of South Mingo, resulting in closures of the southbound lane while lighting poles are installed.
