ARDMORE, Okla. (KXII) - An end to the stop-and-go traffic on southbound I-35 near the Red River is near, according to a representative for the Texas Department of Transportation.
Satellite data showed that the traffic is increasing Monday evening during rush hour between Thackerville and the Red River on southbound I-35.
The traffic is backed up on US-77, too.
Drivers are not skipping any traffic by taking that highway because it all feeds into the same bridge over the Red River.
