Tulsa begins smart lighting upgrade along Broken Arrow Expressway

TULSA, Okla. — Starting on Monday, Tulsa drivers may notice some construction along the Broken Arrow Expressway between East 15th Street and South Sheridan Road.

The City of Tulsa is beginning its multi-week project of installing new, smart highway lighting along the highway. This will repair the 118 existing light poles and convert them to energy-efficient LEDs.
