LAWTON, Okla. (KSWO) - Another portion of Oklahoma’s highways has been bumped up to 80 mph.

Thursday, the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority (OTA) announced the change.

The speed limit has been increased along the 59-mile stretch of I-44 and the H. E. Bailey Turnpike between Lawton and Chickasha.
