For those wondering about the specifics: Phase I wrapped up just in time for local traffic to reclaim Boyd Street from Pickard Avenue to Flood Avenue, though the Flood Avenue intersection isn't set to reopen until September 19. The current phase targets the block up to South Lahoma and is expected to last until on or around September 29, according to the City of Norman.
