US-75 to close at I-44 in Tulsa this weekend for beam installation

Drivers in Tulsa should prepare for major traffic changes this weekend as U.S. Highway 75 will be closed in both directions at Interstate 44.

The Oklahoma Department of Transportation said northbound and southbound US-75 will be closed at I-44 from 7 p.m. Friday through noon Sunday while crews install beams for a future ramp at the interchange.

The closure is part of an ongoing construction project in the area.
