Work continues along SW 38th Street as the rehabilitation project moves into Phase 3, marking another important step in improving this key corridor between West Gore Boulevard and SW Lee Boulevard.

Phase 3 includes curb and gutter replacement, pavement reconstruction, reinforced concrete pipe joint repair, and pipe encasement. This phase covers the north south section from the turn lane near the tag agency to Gore Boulevard.

Phase 3 construction began on January 2 and is expected to conclude in March. The contractor has increased project resources, which may allow this phase to be completed sooner.
