Oklahoma Department of Transportation will start paving the shoulders on the north and south side of East Willow from 10th to 30th on Monday, June 24, 2024.

According to the city of Enid, there will be flaggers with a pilot truck escorting traffic due to intermittent lane closures. At the end of each day, traffic will be returned to normal traffic flow. The work is expected to be completed July 3.
