BROKEN ARROW, Okla. - Broken Arrow is moving closer to finalizing a 2026 bond package that could direct hundreds of millions of dollars into major city improvements. The city manager has now released his official recommendations, giving residents a clearer look at what could appear on the April 2026 ballot.
The proposal breaks the work into eight separate propositions and spans 10 to 12 years of projects. City officials say they developed the plan using two years of community surveys, forums and a citizen steering committee.
