OKLAHOMA CITY — Oklahoma County commissioners will vote on funding for various projects in the metro, including allocating thousands of dollars for a park in Edmond.

Commissioners will discuss funding for The Uncommon Ground Sculpture Park, a 62-acre park already under construction on the northwest corner of Second and Coltrane along Historic Route 66. If approved, $50,000 will go toward the park for the eagle's nest feature.

The eagle's nest is a 37-foot-tall platform that gives people a panoramic view of the park and Route 66. It'll use repurposed oil field pipe in the build.
