Torn up roads in SW Oklahoma City neighborhood leaving homeowners concerned

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — It’s an eyesore and a headache for homeowners in the Meadowlake Farms neighborhood. Roads are uneven due to a project the City is working on, but residents worry bigger problems aren’t being addressed.

“It’s definitely very frustrating just all around, because it’s been sitting like this for a couple of weeks,” said Debra Hogue, a resident in the neighborhood.

Families have had to drive with caution due to the bumpy pavement and partially closed streets.

“It’s been like this for a while now. I have not seen anybody work on it in about two weeks,” Gina Heinen, another resident, told News 4.
