TRUST Transportation Revenues Used Strictly for Transportation Press Release December 4, 2025
Oklahoma City, OK, December 4, 2025 - Transportation Revenues Used Strictly For
Transportation (TRUST), an advocacy group dedicated to funding and restoring Oklahoma’s
surface transportation infrastructure, has named five longtime Oklahoma transportation and
business professionals to its Board of Directors. The new members are:
Lisa Johnson-Billy – Member, Chickasaw Nation Tribal Legislature
Greg Love – Co-CEO, Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores
Tim Duit – President, Duit Construction Company, Inc.
Peter Regan – Director of Strategy, WSB Engineering, Chairman, Devonshire Law
Dana Weber – CEO, Webco Industries, Inc.
“On behalf of our membership and board of directors I am excited these decorated Oklahoma
leaders have chosen to give of their time to TRUST and our advocacy efforts to return all
transportation-generated revenues to the modernization and improvement of Oklahoma’s surface
transportation infrastructure,” said former Oklahoma Governor Frank Keating, TRUST Co-
Chairman. “Each of these individuals has not only distinguished themselves in business and civic
leadership but they are also dedicated to the betterment of Oklahoma, including our bridge and
highway infrastructure. They will provide tremendous insight and counsel to our membership,
staff and the overall TRUST organization.”
TRUST was born from Oklahomans for Safe Bridges and Roads, Inc., an advocacy organization
established in 2005 and chaired by the late TRUST President Neal McCaleb that promoted SQ
723, a ballot initiative to increase Oklahoma’s gas and diesel fuel tax. The initiative would have
added millions of dollars annually to Oklahoma’s crumbling bridges and highways but failed
overwhelmingly at the polls on September 13, 2005. The advocacy of TRUST, along with
support from the legislative and executive branches, has returned surface transportation funding
as a priority of Oklahoma state government over the past 20 years.
